Drawing from St. Paul’s rich Irish-American flavor, Cork’s Irish Pub pays homage to the town of Cork, Ireland, where they say the original gift of the gab resides. The congenial hospitality of the villagers, along with the strong tradition of welcoming pubs, creates an enjoyable experience that we hope to capture here in St. Paul, Minnesota.
 
Cork’s Irish Pub is owned and operated by Tri-City Management, a creative, independent company that was established in 1980. It encompasses Woolley’s Steakhouse, Chez Daniel in Bloomington and Cork’s Irish Pub in St. Paul. Though the flavor and personality of each restaurant is diverse, the same principles of quality and service reside throughout, as each and every one of the five owners of Tri-City Management has a strong background in the food and beverage industry.
